As the lights of the Majestic Theater shined, the audience prepared for David Gray. To set the stage for Gray, Sierra Spirit performed first. For a limited setting and stage lights, their vocals and backing guitarist shined through unexpected guests and expectations. Their set lulled with many whispers showing a surprised enjoyment. Guests sat with excitement throughout the fifteen minute wait as Gray’s stage crew prepared the headliner’s instruments and microphones. The lights finally went out  ending the prolonged wait of eager attendees as David Gray along with his band entered the stage, donning their instruments to the increasing roar of an excited crowd. He and the band filled the room with sonorous music and roaring orchestration with piano keys and strumming guitars. David Gray had moments in his performance where only him and his piano were present, allowing for an intimate moment between the crowd and the performer. The overall production gave warmth to the audience throughout a chilly February evening.
